I was referred to this site by Bascue Sensei. I have only been training for a few weeks. I have now read every post and eagerly look forward to your next. Is there a way to be notified when you post? Because of how you arrange your site (by page rather than a blog format) your RSS feed doesn't seem to track normally. Other than checking back every day and scanning the pages to see if there is something I don't recognize, what is the best way for me to keep up to date on your writing? I read and re-read the pages, and aways got another diferent thing.. thanks for all the time that you "spend" writing all these thoughts .. I'm just a 6th kyuu but I already can recognize the importance of this simple act.. keep it up my friend..
