Soke also wrote Kihon Happou the Tuesday before DKMS as:

奇　-　　Ki of miracle
本　- Hon of essence
初　- Ha of begin/start ie Shodan
丰　- 　Pou　of grow/bountiful (for people)

Is it also possible the Pou is Bo/po for Germination or sprout?
